What you buy
A tour purchase gives you a personal license to use one self-guided audio walking tour on your own devices, on the number of phones your booking includes. This is a self-guided smartphone experience. No human guide will meet you.
Access codes and phones
Each booking comes with one access code. It works on the number of phones your booking includes, plus any extra phones you add. Please share your code only with the people in your group.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged at checkout. Each tour’s price says what it includes. Any taxes that apply are shown before you pay.

Your safety
You are responsible for your own safety while you walk. Follow traffic rules and local signs, keep one ear on the street if you use earbuds, and stop walking before you look at your screen. Nothing in a tour is an invitation to enter a place that is closed, private or unsafe. Conditions change: construction, closures, events and opening hours can affect a route.
Accuracy
We research every tour carefully, check facts against their sources, and label legends and disputes. Places change, and we regularly review our tours, but we cannot promise that every detail is current on the day you walk. If you find a mistake, please tell us.
Admission and third parties
Admission to attractions is not included unless a tour page says so. Tickets, opening hours and rules are set by the places you visit.
How the tours are made
Our tours are researched and written with AI and narrated by AI-generated voices, then checked, verified and approved by a person before they are sold. Some tours include illustrations made with an AI image tool, labeled as illustrations.
Our content
The tours, their text, audio and maps are ours or used under license. Photographs are used under the licenses credited on each tour. You may use a tour for your own personal, non-commercial use; please do not copy, record, resell or redistribute it.
Purchases through other sellers
If you bought a tour through a marketplace or reseller, its terms also apply to your booking, including its cancellation terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about a tour is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
